Featured with reasonable and reliable design, faster delivery, light weight, our brackets are wholly designed by ourselves. As first step, our R&D center works out the brackets drawing, selecting proper materials based on their physical property, then hot extrude various section shapes of light alloy products, finally achieve the various brackets by processing of cutting, punching, drilling, bending, machining via customized facilities.
The composition of Cu, Zinc, Al, Si etc are designed properly in our alloy metal, which contributes to the high strength, high hardness, high resilience of our products. Its weight is 1/3 of steel, and it’s recyclable and environment friendly, more suitable for renewable rooftop and floating projects, and areas with tough transport conditions. Moreover, alloy has good performance of electricity conductivity, able to conduct the weak current from power generation.
FAQ
1. The production department adjusts the production plan when receive the assigned production order at the first time.
2. The material handler goes to the warehouse to get the materials.
3. Prepare the corresponding work tools.
4. After all the materials are ready, production workshop personnel starts producing.
5. The quality control personnel will do quality inspection after the final product is produced, and the packaging will start if passing the inspection.
6. After packaging, the product will enter the finished product warehouse.
